Delivery Times
Most orders ship within 3 business days from when your order was placed for all in stock items. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers will ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
Shipping time on orders that have to be made is from 8 to 14 weeks.
Shipping
TimsBoots.com uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 3 day air, 2 day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight, 2 day air or 3 day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you.
We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%). All other states are tax-exempt.

Yes, El Paso is the only major city in Texas that is on Mountain Time. It really is way west! We are closer to southern California than to Dallas Texas (Texas is That Big!)

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except custom or personalized boots, belts or other personalized merchandise. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from TimsBoots.com
If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@timsboots.com or call us at 1-800-771-4214 within 14 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 14 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Please do not wear boots off of the carpet until you are sure they fit.
Boots that are not in resalable condition cannot be accepted.
Any changes to special orders after the order in placed into production will have a $100.00 change of order fee plus any additional fee regarding the change.
Returns for refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
